As Ryan Murphy said last week, he wants to shy away from using guest stars during season three of Glee. That means no more Gwyneth Paltrow (Holly), no more Cheyenne Jackson (Dustin), and no more Kristin Chenoweth. Whither April Rhodes?
“I think he’s trying to get his show back,” Kristin told Zap2it. “I think he’s trying to really concentrate on his characters. I actually understand that. I get it. People want to see those characters.”
Though Kristin understands the Glee creator’s need to “get his show back” — although we weren’t aware he’d lost it in the first place — Kristin’s still less-than-thrilled about the change. “Of course it’s a bummer for me because I love April Rhodes.”
If you find yourself going through K. Chen withdrawals, you can catch her on the new ABC comedy, Good Christian Belles in the fall!
