In a recent interview, Lea Michele (Rachel Berry) teased that Finn (Cory Monteith) would show up in New York City and act as his ex-girlfriend’s “knight in shining armor.” She wasn’t kidding.
During Glee Season 4, Episode 16: “Feud,” Finn learned that Rachel’s current boyfriend, Brody (Dean Geyer), is selling himself as an escort to high-paying NYC clients. He rushed over to NYC to confront Brody, and the two ended up in an intense physical fight.
Lamps were broken. Coffee tables smashed into a billion pieces. We feel sorry for the poor hotel worker who had to clean up that mess, because it looked like a tornado had blown through the room by the time those two were done with it!
Lea Michele was tweeting as she watched the episode on March 14, and she made sure to write about about Finn and Brody’s big brawl.
Cory Monteith previewed the fight before the show. A fan asked ”is Finn going to kick some chairs?” Cory responded:
Point taken, sir. Perhaps Finn needs to work on how he deals with emotional situations. Let’s examine his recent choices. A girl seems worried and stressed out? Kiss her. You’re feeling angry? Kick something! Or, instead, smash something against a wall.
Yeah, he might want to come up with some new ways to respond to stressful situations — just a thought.
