Although Alicia has some strange eating habits, she is in amazing shape. So, what exactly is The Kind Diet?
Well, according to Alicia’s site The Kind Life, the actress’s book, The Kind Diet, is about “about living your healthiest and happiest life to the fullest, while taking care of mama Earth at the same time!”
Taking care of both yourself and the planet? Seems like a worthy cause to us. Of course, we could just ignore the whole thing entirely, but to quote Cher in Clueless... as if!
