We’ve been so caught up with Sam (Chord Overstreet)’s Season 3 return on Glee that we almost forgot why he left in the first place. Despite initial claims that he was unhappy with not being promoted to a series regular, it seems that making a solo album was and still is very much a part of his agenda.

Need proof? Tuesday, December 13, “Beautiful Girl,” one of the songs from his as-yet untitled debut album, was leaked. Don’t worry, Chord wasn't too peeved about it, instead urging his Twitter followers to give it a listen:

“Since it's already out there, check out "beautiful girl" http://snd.sc/srgoKD I hope you like it. There's more to come...”
