The Glee Project has been cast! Today, April 29, Oxygen revealed the 12 contenders for a much-coveted seven-episode guest arc in Glee Season 3.

The 10-episode series, from Glee creator Ryan Murphy and executive producer Dante Di Loreto, trains 12 triple threats as they compete for a guest spot on the hit Fox show. Basically, one of these performers is destined to be the next Darren Criss (Blaine)!

Casting director Robert Ulrich gushed, “Each and every one of these kids has what it takes to be a star. I was captivated by their passion and charisma, and I know viewers will be too.” At the end of each episode, Murphy and Glee choreographer Zach Woodlee join Ulrich to determine who gets cut.

The bonus? Throughout the first season of this reality spin-off, Glee regulars will appear on the show as guest mentors. Appropriately, Darren is the first to make a cameo, dishing advice to the hopefuls in the series premiere.
