There’s not doubt about it: Glee fans are passionate when it comes to the fate of our favorite relationships — and there’s one couple in particular whose lack of romance has been causing quite a stir lately!
Last week, we couldn't help but notice that more than a few of our favorite Glee couples didn't kiss at prom. So which lack of liplock did Glee fans miss the most? We took a poll, and the majority of you voted that [non-canon couple] Quinn (Dianna Agron) and Rachel (Lea Michele), and the very real, very much actually together couple of Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) should have locked lips, as well.
The fans have spoken, and the fans want a Klaine kiss. So did it happen this week?
Actually, the chances of a Kurt and Blaine were looking pretty good there for a while. After the New Directions took home the National trophy in Season 3, Episode 21: "Nationals,” all of the show’s couples seemed to feel like celebrating.
In hours after their big win was announced, Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) and Mike (Harry Shum Jr.) kissed. Finn (Cory Monteith) and Rachel kissed, too, though that wasn’t much of a surprise. These two are swapping spit practically every five seconds.
Heck, Emma (Jayma Mays) and Will (Matthew Morrison) even slept together. But did Klaine get to kiss? Nope. Not even close!
On top of that, Brittany (Heather Morris) and Santana (Naya Rivera) — another couple who rarely ever locks lips on screen — got to make out under the glittering mass of falling confetti. So why no love for Klaine?
Come to think of it, we haven't seen a single Klaine kiss since way back in Season 3, Episode 5, “The First Time.” With all the hugs, kisses, and affection freely flowing after the New D’s big Nationals win, Kurt and Blaine barely even touched at all. Kurt got a hug from some random athlete in the hallway while the confetti fell, but not even a peck from his actual BF.
Are you upset about the lack of Klaine affection on Glee lately, or did not not even really notice it that much? Head down to the poll below and sound off!
