We thought Karofsky’s (Max Adler) suicide attempt was the biggest shock we’d get during Season 3, Episode 14: “On My Way”, but then Ryan Murphy threw Quinn’s (Dianna Agron) car wreck into the final moments. Seriously, is no one safe?
