Rachel Berry as a Cartoon? Classic Comic Series to Team Up With Glee

Yet another reason for Glee to never again even think of missing a year at Comic-Con — Archie Comics has announced a comic book series penned by Glee producer and writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.

The upcoming project — called Archie Meets Glee — will debut in 2013 and feature “a four-part comic book storyline that brings the cast of the hit FOX television series face to face with Archie and the gang.”

So Archie, Betty and Veronica will be harmonizing with Finn (Cory Monteith), Rachel (Lea Michele) and Quinn (Dianna Agron)? Possibly — we don’t yet know which characters and which storylines will be involved, but we are pretty sure that, like both Archie and Glee, it will feature high-school hijinks and lots of adorable faces.
