We’ve seen the spoiler clip of Glee's Season 4 premiere, so we know that Kate Hudson’s new character — a ruthless dance teacher named Cassandra — will be quite the bully to poor little Rachel (Lea Michele) when the wide-eyed freshman starts her first year of college in NYC.
Yet once the cameras stop rolling, it’s actually Lea, not Kate, who needs an attitude check — at least, if new reports are to be believed.
Us Weekly reports that movie star Kate is already fed up with working with Lea — and thinks that she is "a total diva." The mag’s unnamed insider continues, "Kate says Lea is a nightmare. Once, during a technical delay, Lea snapped her fingers and said, 'Let's go. I have plans!'"
The source claims that Kate keeps her distance from Lea while on set, but Lea’s rep is singing a different tune. "Lea has had a great time with Kate."
So which is it? Lea couldn’t stop gushing about Kate a recent behind the scenes Glee video, saying she was “really excited to work with Kate” and called the Almost Famous star, “one of my most favorite actresses.” But is all that sweet talk simply for show?
Oh, to be a fly on the wall of that Glee set!
