This week’s return of Glee did not disappoint, as it was packed with crazy twists and jaw-dropping moments — especially that kiss! Here are our picks for the top five OMG moments from Season 3, Episode 11: “Michael.”

5. This just in: Kurt and Burt are cuter than ever.

Burt Hummel (Mike O’Malley)continues to be “Father of the Century” material, especially after his joyous reaction to Kurt (Chris Colfer) becoming a finalist at NYADA. Of course, we must admit we were fearing the worst when we saw Kurt holding that envelope, since we all know that college acceptance letters come in a big envelope, not a small one. Plus, how amazing [also: random] is it that Quinn (Dianna Agron) got into Yale? Call it a hunch, but we’re thinking that Brittany (Heather Morris) won’t be as lucky.

4. A whole lotta Michael!

We loved Glee’s tribute to Michael Jackson’s music and fashion, even if Rachel (Lea Michele) herself is partial to the two Stephens: Sondheim and Colbert (we’re pretty sure that second one is right. No?). Whatever the case, how could we have any complaints about a tribute show that even allows Artie to step up out of his wheelchair and shake his moneymaker? We only wish that Glee could have performed “Billie Jean” back in Season 1, so Finn (Cory Monteith) could have sang that line to Quinn about the kid not being his.

3. Rock salt and slushies don’t mix.

We haven’t seen every single episode of Law & Order, but we doubt that the show — or any cop show, for that matter — has ever had a crime that was solved by “underboob.” The same can no longer be said for Glee, now that Santana (Naya Rivera) was willing to adhere a tape recorder to a place where tape recorders don’t usually go. As for Blaine (Darren Criss), we’ve got our fingers crossed for a speedy recovery, even though the guy was totally rocking that eye patch.

2. No one can accuse Sam of not going the extra mile.

Samcedes is so back on! Their scene this week was nothing short of magical, between the light-up Mercedes sign, their beautiful duet, and that shocking kiss! There still is that minor problem of Mercedes’ boyfriend Shane to worry about, but considering that Shane appears on Glee about as often as the groundhog known as Punxsutawney Phil emerges from his burrow (i.e., about once a year), we’re thinking things are looking pretty sunny for our boy Sam. (Then again... maybe not.)

1. Rachel says YES... for now.

You don’t have to be a relationship expert to sense that Rachel was not ready for marriage and only said yes when it looked like her other plans for the future — i.e., go to NYADA, get super-famous, star in a remake of every single Barbra movie — had fallen through. Now that her NYADA letter has finally arrived, where does that leave Finn? And where does it leave us, considering we’ve already picked out the perfect karaoke machine as their wedding present?
