Santana (Naya Rivera) cried in tonight's episode of Glee, and not because Rachel (Lea Michele) told her once again that she's destined to work a pole. She cried because she realized she's head-over-heels in love with her sweetly stupid bestie Brittany (Heather Morris).
After an amazing cover of "Landslide," Santana found the courage to profess her love to her pal. It was touching — until Brittany turned her down for Artie (Kevin McHale). (We might've directed some unprintable words at our TV when their convo took that unexpected turn.)
As you can tell, we're partial to Brittana. They're hilarious together, and they'd make one sexy couple.
Of course, not everyone wants to see Artie and Brittany call it quits. We get it: They've enjoyed some adorable moments — the comb incident, Artie's new "legs," the stork scare — but we're hoping the Glee writers give Brittana a fighting chance.
