Cory Monteith (Finn) may have spent the last three years playing a teenager on Glee, but the actor actually celebrated his 30th — yes, his 30th — birthday back in May. Come to think of it, the poor guy is probably reminded on a daily basis that he plays a character who is basically half his age, but at least the Glee star seems to have a sense of humor about the whole thing.

Cory and co-star Chris Colfer (Kurt), 22, appeared on the Denver-area news program Everyday on November 7, and the trigenarian cutie had quite the response when one of shows hosts asked if he and his co-host were too old to guest star on the show.

“I’m like 47!” Cory said. “ What are you talking about? You’re never too old to be on Glee.”

Skip forward to 3:31 see watch it all play out. Oh, Cory. Please never ever change.
