We’d love to party with all of the Glee characters, and so we’ll be using this year’s wishbone to hope this will someday come true. However, we can’t help but feel that not everyone on Glee would be an ideal holiday party guest.

Here are the show’s five characters whom we won’t be sending an invite to our Thanksgiving dinner this year. Let’s hope they’re not upset that we’re about to serve them some humble (but not pumpkin) pie.

5. Stoner Brett

We want to invite people over who are going to appreciate the food, not people who are only there because they have the munchies. A guy who would be equally pleased with an elaborate home-cooked meal as he would be with a large bag of Cool Ranch Doritos is not welcome.

4. Sugar

Holiday parties are all about catching up with acquaintances, but somehow we’re thinking Sugar (Vanessa Lengies) would make things all about her, given that she referred to her Valentine’s Day party as the “Sugar Shack.” And if people are singing after dinner, let’s just say she’s not the character whom we want to be doing a lot of vocal heavy-lifting.

3. Kitty

If Kitty (Becca Tobin) can somehow make it through a whole meal without making someone cry, it would be a small miracle. And do you really want to invite someone to Thanksgiving dinner whose favorite thing to do is make fun of people’s eating habits? We’ll pass.

2. Puck

The guy is a big fan of dining and dashing, so it’s safe to say that anything he brings for dinner will have been acquired with a five-finger discount. We also learned in “Never Been Kissed” that Puck (Mark Salling) loves waffles, which aren’t exactly Thanksgiving appropriate. Then again, holidays are all about sweets, and so who are we to complain about a little extra eye candy?

1. Sue

This one feels like a no-brainer. In fact, you shouldn’t eat anything that Sue (Jane Lynch) contributes to a Thanksgiving dinner, given her tendency to cook with less-than-appetizing ingredients. (Dog poop cookies, anyone?) Plus, with her temper, we’d be worried that she would try to flip the Thanksgiving dinner table, oh, about 10-12 times throughout the evening.
