Glee Project winner and runner-up, respectively, Damian McGinty (Rory) and Lindsay Pearce (Harmony) have certainly wowed with their Glee debuts (okay, Lindsay wowed, Damian just kind of "awww"ed), but we've still got D’s co-winner Samuel Larsen's 7-episode arc coming up. Sadly, we won't see him join the cast till after we ring in the new year, says creator Ryan Murphy — probably sometime in January.
But who's the tatted up cool cat going to play on a show about underdogs? A relative of Puck (Mark Salling)'s! Who else?
Yup, Lindsay dished to us exclusively that she thinks Sam will be playing the cousin of Glee’s resident bad boy, and Murphy has admitted that Sam would, in fact, most likely play a character related to Puck. We think it makes sense, considering their mutual affinity for ambitiously alternative hairdos, but Murphy was also pretty excited about writing Sam's character as a "different" kind of Christian kid — because Sam had all those Jesus tats. And, uh, Puck's Jewish.
So the question is, will they team up to take down every McKinley chick in sight? OR will they be bitter, religiously-opposed rivals? Whatever it is, it’s sure to be EPIC.
