When we last left Quinn (Dianna Agron) on Glee, she'd just kissed a girl... and she liked it.

In fact, she hadn't just kissed a girl. Q and her high school frenemy Santana (Naya Rivera) had gone so far as to rent a room and hook up in a hotel. Twice.

Still, Quinn made it very clear to Santana that she does not consider herself a lesbian. College girls experiment  and that's all this was to Quinn. She's not ready for any sort of long term commitment or relationship.

Brittany (Heather Morris) and Santana were in love. Quinn and Santana were just having a bit of fun. But fans have latched on to this potential new pairing, and their are plenty of Glee viewers would would love to see Quinntana eventually make their way towards becoming an actual couple.

Sadly for them, it appears that Glee has no current plans to develop any sort of a relationship between the two ladies. TV Line reports that, as of right now, there are no plans to feature more Quinntana.

But all hope is not lost. Spoiler King Michael Ausiello makes sure to note that “there’s a lot of Season 4 left.” Q and S might not be ready for any lady lovin’ right now, but have patience! There’s always hope for something new to develop later on.

Though for the record, Glee is currently filming Episode 17 of 22. Five episodes isn’t exactly our definition of “a lot,” but hey. Who are we to gripe? There’s still hope for Quinntana, and that is the only thing that matters.
