Your Guide to Glee’s Relationship Mashup Names: The Glossary Every ‘Shipper Needs to Read

No romantic pairing on Glee can truly be considered official until their names have been mashed up to form a super-cool hybrid name.  These ‘ship names at the very core of the Glee fandom —  but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s easy to remember them all.

So we’re here to help. Wetpaint Entertainment has compiled an alphabetical glossary of Glee‘s mashup names — both platonic and romantic — for easy reference. Take a look, and then be sure to vote and tell us which ‘ship name is your very favorite of all.

Artina: Artie Abrams (Kevin McHale) and Tina Cohen-Chang (Jenna Ushkowitz)
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in Season 1.

Blam: Blaine Anderson (Darren Criss) and Sam Evans (Chord Overstreet).
Friendship or romantic: Friendship. Got close in Season 4, will sing a duet in  Season 4, Episode 7.

Bram: Brittany Pierce (Heather Morris) and Sam Evans.
Friendship or romantic: One-sided romance. They’re getting very close in Glee’s Season 4 Christmas episode.

Brittana (alt. Santittany): Brittany Pierce and Santana Lopez (Naya Rivera).
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in Seasons 3 and 4; broke up in Season 4, Episode 4: “The Break-Up.”

Brochel: Brody Weston (Dean Geyer) and Rachel (Lea Michele).
Friendship or romantic: Potentially romantic. Kissed in Season 4, Episode 3: “Makeover,” but not currently dating.

Brossandra: Brody Weston and Cassandra (Kate Hudson)
Friendship or romantic: Potentially romantic.

Faberry: Quinn Fabray (Dianna Agron) and Rachel Berry.
Friendship or romantic: Friendship, technically. But many fans hope for something more.

Fabrevans (alt. Quam): Quinn Fabray and Sam Evans.
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated for five episodes in Season 2.

Finchel: Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith) and Rachel Berry
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated on and off in Seasons 1-4; got engaged near the end of Season 3; broke up in Season 4, Episode 4: “The Break-Up.”

Furt: Finn Hudson and Kurt Hummel.
Friendship or romantic: Friendship. Refers to the newfound closeness after the two classmates became stepbrothers in Season 2, Episode 8: “Furt.”

Hummelberry: Kurt Hummel and Rachel Berry.
Friendship or romantic: Friendship.

Jarley: Jake Puckerman (Jacob Artist) and Marley Rose (Melissa Benoist).
Friendship or romantic: Potentially romantic. Lots of chemistry.

Klaine (alt. Blurt): Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson.
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in Seasons 2-4; broke up in Season 4, Episode 4: “The Break-Up.”

Kurtcedes: Kurt Hummel and Mercedes Jones (Amber Riley).
Friendship or romantic: Friendship.

Kurtofsky: Kurt Hummel and Dave Karofsky (Max Adler).
Friendship or romantic: One-sided romance.

Pezberry: Santana Lopez and Rachel Berry.
Friendship or romantic: Friendship.

Puckelberry: Noah “Puck” Puckerman (Mark Salling) and Rachel Berry.
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated briefly in Season 1.

Quick: Quinn Fabray and Noah “Puck” Puckerman.
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in Season 1. They have one child, Beth, born during the Glee Season 1 finale.

Quinntana: Quinn Fabray and Santana Lopez.
Friendship or romantic: Friendship.

Samcedes: Sam Evans and Mercedes Jones.
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in parts of Seasons 2 and 3.

SeBlaine: Sebastian Smythe (Grant Gustin) and Blaine Anderson.
Friendship or romantic: One-sided romance.

Sebtana: Sebastian Smythe and Santana Lopez.
Friendship or romantic: Not romantic. (Though we wouldn’t really call it a friendship, either.)

St. Berry: Jesse St. James (Jonathan Groff) and Rachel Berry.
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in parts of Season 1 and 2.

Tike: Tina Cohen-Chang and Mike Chang (Harry Shum Jr.)
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in Season 3.

Wemma: Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) and Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays).
Friendship or romantic: Romantic. Dated in Seasons 1-4; got engaged in Season 3, Episode 11: “Yes/No.”
