Rachel (Lea Michele) and Finn (Cory Monteith) are Glee’s  leading couple, so when fans discovered back in February 2012 that actors Lea Michele and Cory Monteith were dating in real life, too — it’s safe to say that the entire Internet pretty much imploded on itself.

Lea and Cory celebrated their one year anniversary as a couple on Valentine’s Day — yes, Valentine’s Day — 2013, and fans have spent that year following every last moment of their adorable relationship.

When Cory admitted that he’d “kind of always” had feelings for his co-star, we swooned. Like, a lot. When Lea said Cory was both her “best friend” and her “celebrity crush,” we just about had a heart attack from cuteness overload.

These two certainly aren’t carbon copies of each other. Their differences are many. He grew up in Canada, while she’s from the Bronx. He’s 30, she’s only 26. She’s a petite 5’2”, while he towers over her at 6’3”.

But you know what? As a couple, they just work. Their chemistry can’t be beat, and its obvious how much they love spending time together.

Whether they’re taking romantic vacations, or just hanging out together on set, we can’t get enough of Cory and Lea’s real-life romance. It’s been a long journey that spanned many years, but these two lovebirds are together now. And we can’t wait to see where their love story takes them next.
