We don't know FOR SURE yet that both Kurt and Blaine AND Finn and Rachel are breaking up in Glee Season 4, Episode 4: “The Break-Up,” but from the sound of their mournful rendition of No Doubt's "Don't Speak"... it certainly sounds like they might be!
