Has Penn moved on from his break up with Blake?

According to Penn's rep, "[Penn and Zoe] just shared a cab," and last we heard Zoe was dating X-Men hottie Michael Fassbender. But still, 1:30 a.m. is a little late for a casual cab ride. Just saying. Is there more to this story than meets the eye?
