Blake and Penn Engaged?!

Dan and Serena may be toast for now, but the actors that play them are still very much together. The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that Penn Badgley (Dan) and Blake Lively (Serena) will be announcing their engagement soon. The two have been dating for almost two years now -- long enough for us to think that this is more than just a successful publicity stunt. Not that you needed our permission...but Penn and Blake, we approve!
