There's still hope Kelly Osbourne. Despite having just found out that Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford and former O.C. star Rachel Bilson were possibly dating after being seen flirting at a group dinner, the rumors have already been denied.
"She's friends with his manager and has known Chace for a while," Rachel's rep explains to Us. "The dinner was with a bunch of people, and it was simply a friendly dinner. I can say with 100 percent certainty they are not dating."
