O.C. star.
Chace was spotted flirting it up with Rachel Bilson and a group of friends. "The two arrived [and left] together,” an eyewitness tells
Life & Style. “There was lots of flirting going on between the two of them; the attraction was obvious. They kept giggling. It was very sweet.”
Chace and Rachel were also spotted together during Fashion Week. So has Chace found a new love? Or are these two just friends? And what would Kelly say?!
