Chace Crawford’s Rumored New Gal Pal is 7 Years Younger! Is Their Age Gap Too Big?

On November 20, Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford (Nate) was spotted getting super cute and cuddly with a young Canadian model named Amanda Laine.

Now, our inner Hills fans were kind of hoping that Chace’s rumored romance with Lauren Conrad could have lasted a tiny bit longer … but we’re at least glad to see Chace grinning like a little schoolboy and looking so obviously happy.

So who is Amanda Laine, anyway? We looked her up on New York Magazine, and discovered that she is a Canadian native currently living in New York City, who enjoys hockey, skiing, basketball and lacrosse. Sounds like a great match for a sports fan like Chace!

One thing that caught our eye, though? Amanda was born in February of 1992. That makes her just 19 years old — seven years younger than 26-year-old Chace.

Now, once you hit your 20s and 30s, a few years age difference doesn’t seem like that big of a deal. But at 19? Seven years is a long time! (Like almost a third of her life …)
