CW Pulls New Programming Due to Hurricane Sandy — Gossip Girl and 90210 Will Not Air New Episodes on October 29, 2012

Hurricane Sandy is currently battering the Eastern seaboard, causing blackouts and evacuation in parts of New York and forcing shutdowns of mass transportation. Another byproduct of the impending massive storm? Cancellations of our two favorite Monday night shows: Gossip Girl and 90210.
Gossip Girl Season 6, Episode 4, “Portrait of a Lady Alexander,” will likely air next week. In its place, The CW will air a rerun of last week’s Episode 3, “Dirty Rotten Scandals.” 90210 will also air a rerun of last week’s Season 5, Episode 3: “It’s All Fun and Games.”
