In lieu of last night’s big, BIG KISS between would-be lovahhhs Dan and Blair (Leighton Meester), the new duo is one seriously hot topic!
So hot, in fact, that at last weekend’s Rock & Republic for Kohl’s fashion show in NYC, HollywoodLife.com asked attendees Ed Westwick and Penn Badgley just what THEY thought of Gossip Girl’s newly-crowned love triangle. (Yes, it’s back to a triangle. Louis is SO out, duhhh!) And the answer may surprise you…
When asked which of their two characters loves Ms. Waldorf more, Ed pointed to Penn and responded, “Definitely him”!

But might there be trouble in paradise? It IS Gossip Girl, after all. Love don’t come ‘round the Upper East Side without a price!
Penn told HL that fans should steer clear of assuming anything about those recent pics from the set in which Blair and Dan are locking lips (we’re assuming he means these). “That was a dream sequence,” he said.
What?!
Do we believe him? Kinda. There’s Blair’s poofy princess dress to back up the theory, along with those color-coordinated royal super-fans (or whatever they are?). But do we believe that means Dair won’t be sharing some real-life kisses in the near future? No way!!
