Even though Blake Lively (Serena)’s trying to remain low-key, there’s no mistaking that killer style (or those enviable blonde locks, or mile-long legs). When we spotted her walking Ryan Reynolds’ dog Baxter around NYC, we managed to put our boyfriend envy aside long enough to cast our jealous eyes on her outfit. And we like what we see.
