Well,THIS is quite the little conundrum, Upper East Siders! After believing Serena (Blake Lively) MIGHT have actually sent in the video of Blair (Leighton Meester) professing her love to Chuck (Ed Westwick), we were agape to realize that no, in fact, it WASN’T at the end of Episode 14, "The Backup Dan." Well, if it wasn’t Serena and it certainly wasn’t Chuck, who could it possibly BE?!
