Gossip Girl Season 6 Spoilers: Dan Is Far Away From New York — With a Girl We Know

Remember how Dan (Penn Badgley) got into Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg)'s limo at the end of the Gossip Girl Season 5 finale as Blair (Leighton Meester) ran off to be with Chuck (Ed Westwick)? Oh Lonely Boy, always falling in love in a hopeless place. TVLine’s Michael Aussiello just released some juicy but vague scoop on what’s to come at the beginning of Season 6:

“When the season starts up, Dan is spending some QT far away from the Big Apple with a certain brunette.”

Dunh dunh dunh! Way to keep that candle burning for the Dair fans, Aussiello. While it’s not impossible that this “certain brunette” to whom Michael is referring is actually the one-and-only Blair Waldorf, we have a hunch it’s Georgina who’s making Lonely Boy one less lonely boy.
