It looks like Penn Badgley has found a method of getting over his breakup with Blake Livley: Make out with as many other girls as possible. According to sources at the New York Post, the Gossip Girl star recently spent the night at a dive bar dancing with and kissing one girl, only to go home with another.
Well, that's one way to celebrate Valentine's day.
