Break out the bubbly and put on your party headband, because today, June 27th, is Ed Westwick's (Chuck) birthday! Um, why has no one turned this into a national holiday yet? Seriously, people.

Ed spends most of his time stony faced and dapper, but sometimes he breaks out his sly sideways smile and we are on the floor in a fit of swoons. And yes, we have photoshopped ourselves into photos with Ed smiling at us. It's a totally normal thing to do.

For some mysterious reason, Ed has yet to find himself a girlfriend. But you know what that means, ladies! He's fair game. But on your cutest little black dress and wander the streets of Hollywood –– you're sure to find him eventually.

Not only is Ed a great actor, he's also a beautiful god amongst men. Ed has lent his handsome mug to several fashion campaigns, and he's even walked the runway! Basically, he's the Tyra Banks of Gossip Girl, so duh we love him.

5. He's In A Band
Before he ruled the streets of New York with his snarky 'tude and fancy bow ties, Ed was the frontman of The Filthy Youth. That's right, he was in an indie band. Be still our beating hearts!
