Oh, come on. He seems nice, and he never perpetrates schemes except in the most halfhearted of ways. But on this show, no one is as sweet and sensible as aw-shucks Eric appears to be. He must be running the longest of long cons, meaning he’ll suddenly unleash holy hell in Season 8 or something. We can’t wait.
Get used to life on the Upper East Side without the more lovable — and sane (relatively speaking) — member of the van der Woodsen clan! In an interview with E! Online, Connor Paolo, the artist formerly known as our dear Eric, talks about his new role on Revenge as Declan Porter... and how we probably won’t be seeing Eric on the streets of Manhattan (or Brooklyn, for that matter!) anytime soon.
Paolo dished, “I’m a full-time character on a different series. It’s also shooting across the country, so it’s not much of a crossover. I also think there is some sort of clause about not being able to be on two conflicting networks at once because then there is fan wars.”
