The official photos have now surfaced from that seeming-argument between Blair (Leighton Meester) and Serena (Blake Lively) that was filmed way back in December, and E! Online has scoop that a bumpy road may lie ahead for the on/off pals…
For being in such a cozy bed of satin sheets, S and B sure don't look too comfortable. Wonder who's wreaking havoc on them now?
“Obviously, it’s going to rankle Serena when she discovers what’s happening between Blair and Dan (Penn Badgley),” executive producer Joshua Safran told E!. “These characters are growing up. You don’t necessarily go to Def-Con 4 when you find these things out. You try to deal with them in maybe a more rational direct honest manner, but that doesn’t mean that you still can’t go Def-Con 4 after that.”
WUH OHHH! Will Dan Humphrey be the deal-breaker of a lifelong friendship!? And will it have epic repercussions that remind us of the girls’ wicked Constance Billiard take-down days? Again we say: WUH OH!
(Note to Derena fans, because we know you’re bummin’: We do feel bad for S, but we can’t help but also think her timing is really bad on suddenly realizing she loves Dan...)
As for how much that GG blast at B’s wedding will impact the blossoming Dair ‘ship, Safran says not to fear. The storyline is said to play out over the next several episodes.
