We might be getting a little bit ahead of ourselves, but when we saw this photo from Season 4, Episode 16: “While You Weren’t Sleeping,” our hearts skipped a beat.

It looks like Blair and Dan are knee deep in some real talk, if you ask us. As a matter of fact, if we had to caption this photo, we imagine it would go a little something like this:

Dan: “Blair, I can’t lie anymore. I care for you. Deeply.”
Blair: “This goes against everything we stand for. But I can’t help it, D. I want you.”

And then based on the evidence of the photo below, they make out. Intensely.
