Meanwhile, Serena and Dan share a sweet kiss just before Lily and Blair burst in to take S back to rehab. Serena refuses to go at first, but then Gossip Girl posts a pic (courtesy of Juliet, of course) of a masked “Serena” snorting coke. Even Serena doesn’t believe her own story then, and she turns herself in.

As usual, Jenny has slightly more of an idea of what’s going on than everyone else. She goes after Juliet, but finds her apartment empty — except for a telltale mask. Jenny hightails it over to Blair and spills everything she knows, but declines to turn double agent, choosing to go back to Hudson for good. Bye, Little J!

Blair, of course, isn’t one to let things drop so easily. Since she and Chuck have realized they can’t be friends at the moment, she calls the only person who can help: Dan Humphrey. Together she and Dan set off on a quest to find Juliet, force her to confess, and then take. Her. Down. Yes! We’re guessing that next week, there will be nothing left of Juliet but a lightly sizzling, scorched hole in the ground. Because Blair’s glare isn’t set to merely stun.

Nate, who’s had enough of S’s apparent histrionics, huffs off to his own solo plotline. After discovering that his mom is planning to divorce his father, he blows up at her, insisting that his father has changed and that she has to give him a chance. She finally relents, and though it’s hinted that the Captain may just be after a solid-looking family to parade in front of the parole board, the three end up having a sweet jailbird reunion — where Nate narrowly misses spotting Juliet.

Jules is there, of course, to brag to Ben about what she’s done. Even he seem shocked at how far she took things. But that crazed gleam never leaves Juliet’s eye, and when first Jenny and then Vanessa tell her they’re going to come clean, Juliet once more stays one step ahead, convincing Vanessa to pin the whole thing on Jenny.

It’s Thanksgiving, which means it’s time for Gossip Girl traditions: pumpkin pie, togetherness, and all holy hell breaking loose. While the rest of us were overdosing on turkey and cranberry sauce, it seems Serena was just plain ODing.

At first no one realizes S has gone astray, since Blair assumed Serena had slunk home after Chuck’s party and the van der Woodsens assumed she was sulking at Blair’s. Which leaves S to wake up alone in a drug-riddled motel room and call 911. Lily, assuming that Serena is reverting to pre-boarding school form (and, let’s not forget, the mother of another formerly suicidal teen), has her committed to the Ostroff Center, despite Serena’s protests that she wasn’t to blame for her OD. Dan is the only one who believes her, and when she confides that he was the one she came to kiss at Saints and Sinners, he springs her from rehab and spirits her away to Brooklyn.
