Taped Nipple Alert! Taylor Momsen Gives the Crowd an Eyeful at Download Festival

We used to make a big deal when Taylor Momsen (Jenny) seemingly forgot to put pants on. Now we’re not so concerned about the pants. We wish she’d put a bra on, too.

Over the weekend, Tay appeared with her band, The Pretty Reckless, at the Download Festival in England’s Donington Park. For her performance, she wore an ill-fitting tank with nothing to cover her lady business but criss-crossed pieces of electrical tape.
