Why Is Chace Crawford Ditching NYC?!

 Chace Crawford (Nate) has decided that his days as a New Yorker are drawing to a close. Not to worry, though, Gossip Girl fans — he’ll stick around until the final season wraps.

"It's going to be sad to leave New York," Chace told E! Online. "You can't get any better than being in your early 20s and living in New York City and sort of having the keys to it."

But Chace is already planning a move to Los Angeles once Season 6 is in the can. Makes sense, since most of the film business is located out West. But we’ll miss you, Chace! Almost as much as the New York Post will. We don’t even know who it’ll stalk when you Gossip Girl kids are gone.

Chace also says he's relishing being an uncle to new nephew Hawkins, son of his sister Candace and Tony Romo. But that doesn't mean he's itching to become a dad himself yet. "The trick is finding the right girl," he says. "That's the hard part."

Even harder, if he moves to LA. Everyone knows NYC has much higher quality baby mamas.
