Is it just us, or is Connor Paolo looking mighty grown up these days?
Ever wonder why Gossip Girl star Connor Paolo (Eric) isn’t a series regular? We can blame Connor himself.
“I’m very happy with my position on the show and I have no interest in changing it,” Connor told TVLine’s Michael Ausiello, who reports that Serena’s kid brother was asked to be a regular after Season 2, but declined. Why would he do such a thing?
“Watching Blake [Lively] and Penn [Badgley] and the things they have to deal with as [full-time cast members]… because they are on the posters and they are the face of the show, is not something I’m totally ready for right now.”
Hmm, you sure about that, Connor? For someone who doesn’t like the spotlight, you’re definitely talking a lot as of late. (See exhibits A, B, and C.) Just sayin’...
