Sebastian was born in Romania. At age eight, he and his mother moved to Vienna. Four years later, they landed in Rockland County—near New York City—where his mother married the headmaster of an American private school. Sebastian is best known for his role as Prince Jack Benjamin on the television drama Kings. Though Blair has a love/hate relationship with bad boy Carter Baizen (Sebastian's Gossip Girl character) on the show, in real life Sebastian and Leighton Meester are a happily adorable couple. Aw, the off-set romances are the best. Is there something about this show that breeds them? Blake Lively and Penn Badgley, Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick…and even Chace Crawford and Taylor Momsen, for the blink of an eye.
