Cyrus is Eleanor Waldorf's divorce attorney and Aaron Rose's father. He becomes Eleanor's new love interest in Season 2. Blair is initially excited to meet him, as she believes her mother to have the best taste in men, but she is shocked to find that he is older, short, and bald; and has a crude, seemingly unpolished personality. In "The Magnificent Archibalds," Cyrus and Eleanor get engaged; they marry in "O Brother, Where Bart Thou?" Cyrus hosts the Passover Seder in "Seder Anything."
