The Constance Billard and St. Jude's seniors put on a play, "The Age of Innocence." However, not everyone is quite so innocent. Serena has a crush on the play's director, Julian, so she enlists Vanessa's knowledge of theater to help her get the guy's attention. Dan's affair with Ms. Carr also heats up...in a costume closet. After losing her spot at Yale when her hazing of Ms. Carr comes to light, Blair goes on a witch hunt to find the person responsible. Finally, a string of nasty Gossip Girl blasts spark new resentments—and unexpected epiphanies.
