Deeply ashamed of her past mistake, Serena slips back into old habits and gets plastered with some random boys. After Blair, Nate, and Chuck put their differences aside to help her, Serena divulges her secret to them. (Blair already knew, but Nate and Chuck were not yet privy to the scandalous details.) However, she can't bring herself to tell Dan, who assumes the worst about his girlfriend. Rufus's band is invited to perform at a Rolling Stone–sponsored concert, and Lily is the last person he expects to see at the performance—especially since her wedding rehearsal dinner is the same night. Finally, everyone but Dan is onto Georgina's scheming, and Georgina manages to weasel herself even further into Dan's life.
