Hazel Williams

Hazel is a member of the Constance Billard clique of popular girls. Throughout the first season, she constantly shifts her allegiance between Blair and Jenny. In a misguided attempt to fit in with the rich girls, Jenny steals Hazel's mother's Valentino dress. Hazel is annoyed with Jenny after Blair exposes the pitiful misdeed, but she is quick to overlook the theft when Jenny brings Nate (Hazel's crush) to a dinner with Blair and the gang. Hazel connives to stay on top of the Constance social hierarchy and keeps constant tabs on Gossip Girl and her posts.
