Jenny's kinda-not-sweet sixteen… Jenny wants a small party at home for her sweet sixteenth, but Serena and Poppy Lifton take over, turning the birthday into a major social event that quickly gets out of control. As Vanessa's relationship with Nate crumbles, Nate's relationship with Blair begins to heat up. In a moment of desperation, Vanessa agrees to help Chuck with a scheme involving the possibly on-again pair. Meanwhile, Rufus tries to figure out how to cover Dan's Yale tuition after learning that Dan will not receive financial aid.
