Pint-sized singing sensation Ariana Grande wasn't nominated for Best New Artist at the 2014 Grammy Awards (snub!), but that didn't stop her from stealing the show on the red carpet on music's biggest night. The 20-year-old triple threat turned heads wearing a fun and flirty A-line strapless floral dress by Dolce & Gabbana — the same designer she wore at the 2013 American Music Awards.
Keeping things in typical Ariana fashion, the "Tattooed Heart" singer rocked her usual half side pony, a style that's garnered some criticism from even her most diehard fans. As for jewelry, Ari accessorized with a few rings that were gifts from her mom and stylist, and when asked about her earrings, Ariana admitted that she didn't know who she was wearing!
"I should know the designers," she said, "but I don't really pay attention to that stuff."
Ariana was a bit more chatty when asked about her go-to karaoke song — basically anything by Rihanna or Drake. Girl's clearly got good taste in music.
But does she have good taste in fashion? Reactions to Ariana's D&G dress were mixed on Twitter — while some thought her look was cute and age-appropriate, others compared it to a Sunday school outfit or quinceanera dress. Ouch. Keep in mind girlfriend is only 20 — not even legal drinking age!
What do you think of Ariana's look at the 2014 Grammys? Age appropriate or a bit too little girl-ish? Weigh in below.
