Taylor Swift gave an emotional performance of “All Too Well” at the 2014 Grammys, and we’re still crying over it.

The 24-year-old singer-songwriter performed the lovesick ballad — allegedly written about her former flame Jake Gyllenhaal — at a piano (adorned with her lucky number 13), and not only did the country cutie look incredible, but she also gave one of the best performances of her career. But it wasn’t all teardrops on her guitar; Taylor gave quite the head-banging performance toward the middle of the song.

Written about ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal, “All Too Well” includes such heartbreaking lyrics as: "You called me up just to break me like a promise/ So casually cruel in the name of being honest." (Do you feel that moisture on your face? Yeah, that’s your tears.)

Taylor is nominated for four Grammys tonight, including the coveted award of the night, Album of the Year, for her chart-topping album Red.
