Gretchen Rossi Fires Back at Tamra Barney, Says Bravo Wants Her Back!

The tension between Real Housewives of Orange County stars Gretchen Rossi and Tamra Barney just isn't going away, is it? The two former co-stars are continuing to go at it over rumors that Gretchen reached out to the media to comment on Tamra's family drama.

Tamra and ex-husband Simon Barney are currently embroiled in an ugly custody battle. Simon has alleged in court documents that Tamra neglects their children, although Tamra has denied the allegations. She has also called Gretchen out, claiming she has heard from reporters that Gretchen and Slade Smiley have offered to provide their opinions on her situation.

Now, Gretchen is firing back at Tamra on Facebook. "Slade or I have not called one single reporter!" Gretchen writes. "My PR group has received tons of emails & calls regarding this issue only because YOU were so vocal in attempting to trash & defame Slade as a parent for so many years. Of course they are going to want to know how we feel about all the documents coming out about you now."

Gretchen also refutes Tamra's claims that Bravo doesn't want anything to do with her. "If I'm such a nobody, why did production call me two months ago and ask me to consider coming back to film with you guys, which I declined," Gretchen writes. And Slade adds to a Twitter follower, "[Gretchen] was asked back [to RHOC] again 4 weeks ago."

This is interesting news! We have a feeling that a lot of RHOC fans are probably wishing that Gretchen would have agreed to return to the show, but we respect Gretchen for sticking to her guns. We continue to wish Tamra all the best in her custody dispute, and we wish Gretchen lots of happiness in her post-RHOC life as well.

Are you surprised that Gretchen apparently turned down Bravo's invite to return to the show?
