Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers Roundup: Everything You Need to Know About Season 8, Episode 10

Grey's Anatomy Season 8, Episode 10, "Suddenly" is just around the corner, and we're anxious to see how the cliffhangers from Season 8, Episode 9, "Dark Was the Night" get resolved.

For those of you who can't wait for the episode to air to find out more about the docs at Seattle Grace-Mercy West, we've gathered all of the spoilers and hints about the episode in one convenient place, so you can fill the time between now and the episode with endless speculation about what it all means.

The crash moves to the ER: It sounds like Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Alex's (Justin Chambers) cliffhanger car crash will have a big impact in the ER when "a severe car crash involving an entire family results in an all-hands-on situation in the ER, as the eldest daughter is left to make the toughest decision of her life." Well, at least they make it off that dangerous twisty road.

Cristina has to lie: The other big plot that we know about revolves around — surprise, surprise — Henry's death and Owen's (Kevin McKidd) lie to Teddy Altman (Kim Raver). Teddy ends up asking for Cristina's help in the OR, still oblivious to what happened, and Cristina is forced to keep the lie alive while operating. Because poor Cristina hadn't suffered enough emotional trauma for one day.

Love triangle fun: It wouldn't be Grey's without a little romantic trouble thrown in with all the high drama. This time it's about Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh). Things are sure to get awkward when "Lexie finds herself working alongside Mark's new girlfriend, Julia."

Remember to tune in to the episode on Thursday, January 5, at 9 pm ET/PT on ABC.
