Next up — Episode 20. We have the official synopsis for Season 9, Episode 20: "She's Killing Me," which features Meredith and Derek getting "unsettling news" (it is about Alzheimer's?), April coming clean to Matthew about her virginity, and "multiple pre-op patients develop[ing] infections, causing one doctor to wonder if she is at fault."

Episode 22. Episode 22, which will feature a magician's act gone wrong, is called "Do You Believe in Magic?"

A breakup! One couple is going to break up "after some seriously dishonesty in the relationship.” Our money is on April and Matthew (does he freak when he finds out she's not actually a virgin?), Jackson and Stephanie, or Jo and Jason. Basically, we doubt a divorce is looming, and honesty isn't really Owen and Cristina's issue right now.

Spring break. An upcoming episode will feature some spring breakers whose partying goes wrong.

New faces. Hilarie Burton has a recurring guest role as a craniofacial specialist starting in May, and there's an investigator coming to the hospital later down the line.

Cristina/Owen update. It sounds like we can expect to see more of Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen's (Kevin McKidd) "complex journey" as they try to figure out what their relationship is, now.

Jackson and April. It sounds like the Stephanie/Jackson/April/Matthew love tangle of doom will continue to be a source of drama. (As a side note: Will April ever re-take her boards?)

Big finale? Okay. At one point Shonda Rhimes said the finale wouldn't feature a major disaster, but she recently made some "bold shocking decisions" about the finale, adding that fans should discount all previous promises. She hopes the new finale will leave fans talking all summer Sounds like we should be worried!

However, at least Calzona fans should be glad to know that Shonda has promised to be "good" to both characters. Also, it's apparently not that someone gets cancer. So that's good.
