The time is now, Grey’s Anatomy fans: The Season 9 finale is about to hit us with a superstorm, and we are almost as unprepared as the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial.

It’s been a long season of intertwined and dramatic storylines, all leading up to the insane season ender. We have rounded up plenty of spoilers and hints from sneak peek clips and photos, but there are still many things that will likely go unanswered. However, we’re hoping that these seven questions will be answered in Season 9, Episode 24: “Perfect Storm.”

Read on to see what’s puzzled us this season — and loose ends that desperately need to be tied up — and then leave your own burning questions in the comments below!

Will the MerDer baby live, and what will his name be? We were overjoyed when Meredith got pregnant, and even more ecstatic when she carried her son (!) to full term. There will be plenty of dramatics tonight with an emergency C-section in the dark and her son not crying, so basically we just want to know his fate... and his name! Our guess is that he won’t be named Mark...

Will Callie and Arizona get divorced? After Arizona cheated on her wife with hot new doc Lauren last week, we were devastated. All of the clues we’ve gathered point to them splitting up (perhaps even divorcing, sob!), and a moment apparently stunned the cast into silence at the table read. Will they survive?

Will Owen and Cristina stay together for good? There are few couples on Grey’s who have broken up and gotten back together as many times as Owen and Cristina. They recently tackled the baby question again, but it seems like they’re finally on the same page. Will it last?

Will April choose Jackson or Matthew? Yeah, yeah, we know that April got engaged to Matthew the paramedic after an elaborate flash mob proposal last week, but we’re not-so-secretly still rooting for Japril. Portrayer Sarah Drew hinted that April will struggle with her choice, but will we get an answer tonight?

Will Bailey go back to normal? We’re not necessarily talking her “Nazi” persona of yesteryears, but we just want Bailey to feel normal again. Yes, her patients died because of her MRSA infection, and we understand she’s scared to operate again, but the hospital will need her more than ever during the superstorm.

Will Alex and Jo finally at least hook up? Alex has been burned many times by “crazy chicks,” but it’s about time for him to man up and tell Jo how he feels. He loves her, we know it, now it’s time for him to show it.

Will anyone die? The synopsis claims that a “doctor fights for their life,” so we have a feeling someone’s life will at least be hanging in the balance. Hopefully it won’t be a cliffhanger, but chances are with Shonda Rhimes running the show, it will be. On that note, though, will it be the interns? Fans haven’t been too fond of them as a whole, so what is their fate? Maybe everything will solve itself and Bailey will whip them into shape.

Tune in for the Grey’s Anatomy Season 9 finale at 9 p.m. ET on ABC tonight, May 16, 2013!
