Grey’s Anatomy just wrapped its two-hour Season 10 premiere, but it looks like they’re jumping ahead to a huge milestone. Yesterday, Shonda Rhimes tweeted “#200iscoming,” hinting that they’re hard at work on the 200th episode already!

Last month, co-showrunner Tony Phelan (who is sadly departing after this season) revealed that they were working on the big 200th ep, so we’re guessing they’re already further into the season with a pile of scripts. Even if not, they could be at least doing a table read for Season 10, Episode 4 — especially if Episode 1 and Episode 2 were technically combined into the premiere.

Either way, Shonda was on set yesterday, and probably is today, too. She wrote, “Heading to Grey's Anatomy for the day!! #200iscoming” yesterday afternoon and has only written about cutting her hair and welcoming Sara Ramirez to Twitter since that big news.

We’re hoping that Episode 200 will be a big celebration on set rather than a big explosion or something crazy dramatic. However, we wouldn’t object to some old school Grey’s medical cases...

Can you believe it’s already the 200th episode of Grey’s Anatomy? Sound off below!
